I am so excited to announce the theme of our next #builtheritage twitter chat!

In honour of April being earth month, we have decided to talk about sustainability.

The tension between heritage and the environment has increased in recent years with buildings being torn down and replaced with “green” buildings. However, it is often quoted that “the greenest building is the one that is already built”. Join us on April 6th at 4pm to share your opinon!

Here’s how to join the Twitter chat:

1. Sign in to Twitter, Tweet Deck or Tweet Chat. I usually use Tweet Chat to follow twitter chats since it adds the hash tag automatically and allows you to reply and retweet easily.

2. Follow and tweet with the hashtag #builtheritage

3. Watch for the questions in the Q1 format. Provide answers using the A1 format, and interact with other tweeters using replies and retweets.

P.s If you missed the first chat on Adaptive Reuse and want to catch up read this overview
